Shajapur News: CM ने की VC से अपराधों की समीक्षा व मॉनिटरिंग की

शाजापुर से आदित्य शर्मा की रिपोर्ट। प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराजसिंह चौहान ने मुख्यमंत्री निवास से VCके माध्यम से जिले में चिन्हित अपराधो की समीक्षा व मॉनिटरिंग की गई। जिसमे शाजापुर जिला प्रदेश मे सजायावी की दृष्टी से 5 वें नंबर पर रहा है। यह उल्लेखनिय सफलता लगातार प्रकरणो की मॉनिटरिंग करने के परिणाम स्वरूप मिली है।

एसपी जगदीश डावर ने बताया कि जिले की पुलिस द्वारा चिन्हित प्रकरणो मे उत्कृष्ट विवेचना एवं मजबूत अभियोजन साक्ष्य न्यायालय मे प्रस्तुत कर प्रकरण के आरोपियों को सजा कराई गई है। एसपी डावर ने बताया कि पुलिस मुख्यालय भोपाल के निर्देशानुसार जिले में घटित जघन्य और सनसनीखेज अपराधों को चिन्हित प्रकरण की सूची मे शामिल किये जाने के आदेश है तथा उक्त चिन्हित प्रकरणों मे आरोपियों के विरूध्द न्यायालय मे प्रभावी अभियोजन की कार्यवाही हो और अपराध मे आरोपीयों को सजा हो, दोषियों को दण्ड मिले। इन चिन्हित मामलों की समीक्षा एवं मानिटरींग स्वयं मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा की जाती है।

एसपी जगदीश डावर द्वारा जिले में घटित जघन्य और सनसनीखेज मामलो को चिन्हित अपराधो की श्रेणी में रखा गया है। तथा सूचीबद्ध चिन्हित मामलो की गंभीरता से विवेचना करने के लिये उचित निर्देश जारी किये थे। विवेचना उपरान्त चालान न्यायालय प्रस्तुत करने के बाद अभियोजन कार्यवाही मे मजबूती से साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत किया जावे इस हेतु प्रत्येक प्रकरण मे साक्ष्य नियंत्रण अधिकारी नियुक्त किये गये। जिले मे चिन्हित प्रकरणो की समीक्षा एवं मॉनिटरिंग के लिए एएसपी टी.एस. बघेल को जिले का नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया है।

इस प्रकार जिले मे चिन्हित सभी मामलो को बारिकी से समीक्षा एवं मॉनिटरिंग की जाकर मजबूत साक्ष्य के साथ न्यायालय में प्रकरण पेश किये और स्वतंत्र एवं निष्पक्ष अभियोजन साक्ष्य न्यायालय मे कराकर प्रकरणो मे आरोपियो को सजा कराने मे उल्लेखनिय भूमिका रही है।
