Any complaint regarding the broadcast content of Bansal News Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh TV News Channel will be entertained only if the complainant himself makes the complaint within 7 (seven) days from the date of telecast of the broadcast content, which falls within the Code of Conduct and Broadcasting Standards (Dispute Resolution) and News Broadcasting Standards Regulations framed by News Broadcasters Association (NBA).
