EPFO Pension : सिर्फ एक फैसले से दोगुनी हो सकती है आपकी पेंशन

डेस्क। EPFO Pension ईपीएफओ में जमा हो रही कर्मचारियों की पेंशन निधि से उन्हें रियारर्मेंट के बाद पेंशन मिलती है। अब कर्मचारी पेंशन योजना (ईपीएस) के तहत निवेश की सीमा को हटाया जा सकता है। जिसके बाद से इसके लिए पात्र कर्मचारियों की पेंशन लगभग दोगुनी भी हो सकगे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अभी कर्मचारी पेंशन योजना (ईपीएस) पर सुनवाई चल रही है। इस पर जल्द फैसला आने की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है। अगर ऐसा होता है, तो कर्मचारियों को उनकी सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद मिलने वाली पेंशन में बड़ा बदलाव हो सकेगा।

यह है मामला

यहां बता दें कि अभी कर्मचारियों के लिए पेंशन के लिए अधिकतम वेतन 15,000 रुपये प्रति तक माना जाता है। इसका मतलब है कि कार्मचारियों की सैलरी चाहो जो भी हो, लेकिन पेंशन की गणना 15,000 रुपए के वेतन के हिसाब से ही जाएगी। वहीं अब यदि सुप्रीम कोर्ट कर्मचारी पेंशन योजना (ईपीएस) को हटा देता है तो कर्मचारियों के लिए यह बहुत बड़ी खुशखबरी हो सकती है। कोर्ट में इन मामलों की सुनवाई चल रही है।

यह जानना जरूरी

यह जानकारी होना जरूरी है कि जब कोई भी कर्मचारी कहीं काम करना शुरू करता है तो वह ईपीएफ का सदस्य बन जाता है। कर्मचारी अपने वेतन का 12 प्रतिशत ईपीएफ में देता है, उसकी कंपनी भी उतनी ही राशि जमा करती है। लेकिन यहां बता दें कि इसका 8.33 प्रतिशत हिस्सा ही ईपीएस में जाता है। क्योंकि अधिकतम पेंशन योग्य वेतन केवल 15 हजार रुपए। मतलब हर माह पेंशन का हिस्सा अधिकतम (15000 का 8.33%) 1250 रुपए है। इसके तहत कर्मचारी की सेवानिवृत्ति होने के बाद भी पेंशन की गणना के लिए अधिकतम वेतन केवल 15 हजार रुपए ही माना जाता है। वहीं इसके अनुसार कर्मचारी को ईपीएस के तहत अधिकतम 7,500 रुपए पेंशन मिल सकती है। यहां यह जानना जरूरी है कि यदि यह 15 हजार की सीमा हटा दी जाती है और यदि आपका मूल वेतन 20 हजार रुपए है, तो कर्मचारी को 8,571 रुपए के अनुसार पेंशन मिल सकेगी।
