Bank News: बैंक की इस नई सर्विस का हर व्यक्ति को मिलेगा फायदा, FD इंटरेस्ट रेट भी बढ़ाया

डेस्क न्यूज। देश के एक बैंक ने हर व्यक्ति के लिए नई सेवा शुरू की है। इस सेवा का फायदा हर एक व्यक्ति उठा सकता है। इस नई सुविधा का उपयोग करके कोई भी व्यक्ति बैंक की कुछ चुनिदा सेवाओं का लाभ उठा सकते हैं।

दरअसल पंजाब नेशनल बैंक ( PNB ) ने जानकारी दी है कि उसने अपनी बैंकिंग सेवाओं के लिए सुलभ बनाने को ओर एक और कदम उठाया है। बैंक ने अपने ग्राहकों और जो ग्राहक नहीं हैं उनके लिए भी व्हाट्सएप बैंकिंग सेवाएं शुरू कर दी हैं। सभी लोग इसका फायद उठाकर बैंक की कुछ चुनिंदा सुविधाओं का फायदा उठा सकेंगे। बैंक ने कहा है कि कोई भी व्यक्ति व्हाट्सएप पर +919264092640 नंबर पर हाय या हैलो भेजकर हमारी व्हाट्सएप बैंकिंग सुविधा का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकता है। इसके अंतर्गत गैर-वित्तीय सेवाएं जैसे बैलेंस पूछताछ, पिछले पांच लेनदेन, चेक रोकें, अपने खाताधारकों को चेक बुक का अनुरोध व्हाट्सएप बैंकिंग सेवा के माध्यम से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।

यह सेवाएं भी मिलेंगी

वहीं इसके अलावा, ऑनलाइन खाता खोलने, बैंक जमा/ऋण उत्पादों की पूछताछ, डिजिटल उत्पाद, एनआरआई सेवाएं, शाखा/एटीएम का पता लगाने, ऑप्ट-इन, ऑप्ट-आउट विकल्प सहित सूचनात्मक सेवाएं खाता और गैर-खाता धारकों दोनों को प्रदान की जाएंगी। व्हाट्सएप बैंकिंग सेवा 24x7, छुट्टियों सहित, एंड्रॉइड और आईओएस-आधारित दोनों मोबाइल फोन पर उपलब्ध होगी। हालांकि ग्राहक को बातचीत शुरू करने से पहले व्हाट्सएप पर पीएनबी के प्रोफाइल नाम के साथ "green tick" की जांच करनी होगी कि यह एक वास्तविक व्हाट्सएप बैंकिंग खाता है।

FD पर ब्याज बढ़ाया

उधर दूसरी ओर Punjab National Bank पीएनपी ने वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए एफडी पर 0.80% ज्यादा ब्याज देने का फैसला किया है। यह स्कीम PNB 80 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए सावधि जमा (FD) पर देगा। इस संबंध में पीएनबी ने अपनी वेबसाइट पर भी जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई है। पीएनबी ने 13 सितंबर को भी सुपर सीनियर सिटीजन के लिए सभी अवधि के लिए सावधि जमा पर ब्याज दरें बढ़ाई थीं। इससे संबंधित और अधिका जानकारी के लिए बैंक से संपर्क कर करें।
